Highly recommended! As a newcomer to the Canada, I had no idea who to reach out to when we were contemplating to buy a home. Contacted our bank’s mortgage department, who were really not that interested in our business it seemed. Searched some more, and found The Mortgage centre, and Rodney Biggar on google, and reached out. He took the time to walk us through the process, pre approved us, and when it was time to buy, supported us during the process. We listened to Rod, trusting his advice and ended up getting an extremely good mortgage rate. Even our Realtor was so pleased with Rod, that he said he would be recommending TMC and Rodney from now on.

Rodney and his team are incredible. They get back to you so fast no matter if it’s the weekend/evening etc. and they simply just know what they are doing. They got us a better deal than we even imagined after the bank simply said they couldn’t go any lower. I would recommend the Biggar Team time and time again. Rodney is THE MAN! Even after our mortgage deal was signed, he kept working for us and actually negotiated us a better rate, even though he didn't have to since the deal was already signed! The best around. I will be calling him every single time I buy a home.

Rodney Mike and Alicia were amazing from start finish, they were fast, answered all our questions and just made us feel at ease with the whole process. The rate they were able to secure for our conditions was better then all the others we were given. Then they went over and above our expectations before our closing day and secured us an even better rate then what they had already given us. The free pizza also came in handy on moving day. Amazing service. Prompt, friendly and hassle free. Rodney and Mike did a wonderful job in renewing our mortgage. Not only they were able to get us a great rate, they also did all the leg work so all what we needed to do is provide some documents and then sign the renewal mortgage. The is the third time we used Rodney and Mike for our mortgage needs and we will be contacting them again in 5 years when we need to renew again. Highly recommend their services.
