I can't say enough about how great we were treated by "The Biggar Team". Step by step, they went through the process with us and never once did we feel like we weren't looked after. Many, many thanks to Rodney, Mike and Alicia for their efforts in getting the deal done and us into the perfect home for our growing family. Great job folks and thank you once again!! We wouldn't recommend anybody else.

Rodney has done two of my mortgages so far, as well as some of my close friends. Every experience with him and his team has been beyond my expectations. Rodney and his team are incredible. They get back to you so fast no matter if it’s the weekend/evening etc. and they simply just know what they are doing. They got us a better deal than we even imagined after the bank simply said they couldn’t go any lower. I would recommend the Biggar Team time and time again. The Biggar team does so much more then offer mortgage services, they really do educate their customers and help them understand all available options. Its not always about the bottom dollar! Every situation is unique and the options they have available and services provided really set them apart. Receiving confirmation emails at 11:00pm tells me they care and really value your time. Seriously, these guys are awesome!

Not only they were able to get us a great rate, they also did all the leg work so all what we needed to do is provide some documents and then sign the renewal mortgage.
