Highly recommended! As a newcomer to the Canada, I had no idea who to reach out to when we were contemplating to buy a home. Contacted our bank’s mortgage department, who were really not that interested in our business it seemed. Searched some more, and found The Mortgage centre, and Rodney Biggar on google, and reached out. He took the time to walk us through the process, pre approved us, and when it was time to buy, supported us during the process. We listened to Rod, trusting his advice and ended up getting an extremely good mortgage rate. After what I would consider my worst experiance to date with a bank and trying to get a mortgage a friend recommended I call the Biggar Team for assistance. Feeling defeated from 5 painful weeks of going back and forth with the bank and then getting declined I figured i had nothing to lose. From the initial conversation on the phone with Rodney I could sense that this team was willing to do anything they could to get me the mortgage and they were going to get it done as quick as possible. Their highly organized checklist and follow up emails were brilliant ( the bank should take note of this). Within 3 days of our initial conversation the team came back to me with very positive news based on a few little criteria still required from the bank. Long story short, they completed the transaction and I now have the home I wanted. The profesionallism of this team was top notch. The efficiency of thier system was superior compared to what I had just experience with the bank. The informative emails leading up to my possesion day were over and above my expectations and helped greatly in prepairing myself for the big day. I would highly recommend using the Biggar Team for any morgtage needs.
