Rodney was amazing when it came to getting our mortgage setup. We had a complicated situation moving from the US back to Canada after many years but he got it done and made the process smooth. If we had questions, Rodney responded quickly. He also sent out useful reminders as the mortgage process progressed.

I have used the Biggar team numerous times and each time it just gets better. My situation was a bit difficult, divorce, new job, commissioned sales etc. The Biggar team worked extremely hard and to my surprise I will be signing my new mortgage papers this week! Highly recommended! As a newcomer to the Canada, I had no idea who to reach out to when we were contemplating to buy a home. Contacted our bank’s mortgage department, who were really not that interested in our business it seemed. Searched some more, and found The Mortgage centre, and Rodney Biggar on google, and reached out. He took the time to walk us through the process, pre approved us, and when it was time to buy, supported us during the process. We listened to Rod, trusting his advice and ended up getting an extremely good mortgage rate. Even our Realtor was so pleased with Rod, that he said he would be recommending TMC and Rodney from now on.

Since we were out of province, it was great having someone where we were buying who knows the players, is very comfortable with phone and internet and email, and gets good results too.
