Not only they were able to get us a great rate, they also did all the leg work so all what we needed to do is provide some documents and then sign the renewal mortgage. Highly recommended! As a newcomer to the Canada, I had no idea who to reach out to when we were contemplating to buy a home. Contacted our bank’s mortgage department, who were really not that interested in our business it seemed. Searched some more, and found The Mortgage centre, and Rodney Biggar on google, and reached out. He took the time to walk us through the process, pre approved us, and when it was time to buy, supported us during the process. We listened to Rod, trusting his advice and ended up getting an extremely good mortgage rate. Highly recommend Rodney to anyone buying a house! We are first time home buyers and had a bad experience with a previous mortgage broker from a different company but was recommended to them by our realtor and Rodney and his team were amazing and made it so easy for us.
