Rodney was amazing when it came to getting our mortgage setup. We had a complicated situation moving from the US back to Canada after many years but he got it done and made the process smooth. If we had questions, Rodney responded quickly. He also sent out useful reminders as the mortgage process progressed.

We are first time home buyers and the Biggar team were patient, exceedingly helpful and answered all my questions quickly and professionally no matter how dumb the question I had was! They made me feel like I had known them for years every time we talked. Given my circumstances they were accommodating and worked hard from start to finish to get me my house! Amazing service. Prompt, friendly and hassle free. Rodney and Mike did a wonderful job in renewing our mortgage. Not only they were able to get us a great rate, they also did all the leg work so all what we needed to do is provide some documents and then sign the renewal mortgage. The is the third time we used Rodney and Mike for our mortgage needs and we will be contacting them again in 5 years when we need to renew again. Highly recommend their services.
