Rodney is THE MAN! Even after our mortgage deal was signed, he kept working for us and actually negotiated us a better rate, even though he didn't have to since the deal was already signed! The best around. I will be calling him every single time I buy a home.

Rodney Biggar and his team are the best. They've helped me with all of my mortgages & mortgage questions every time i call. They always find the best way to make your home buying experience as easy and smooth as possible. I 100% would never use anyone else. As i said, they are truly the best at what they do!!

The Biggar team does so much more then offer mortgage services, they really do educate their customers and help them understand all available options. Its not always about the bottom dollar! Every situation is unique and the options they have available and services provided really set them apart. Receiving confirmation emails at 11:00pm tells me they care and really value your time. Seriously, these guys are awesome!
